Some days my employees are a bunch of whiny babies that need their asses powdered for them - most of them are twice my age, but apparently 1/2 my brain - how did they get this far in life?

Not to quote you too much *smile* it just seems to work both ways. I left the brain part out because personally, I don’t feel anyone I encounter in life needs to be compared to my brain function. I get your rant, I hope you see my side too…the side of corporate whinners…
