Or so the media would have you believe. The truth is, the bull breeds are known for their fierce loyalty to their owners and how good they are with kids. The media likes to portray the bull breeds as the most viscious of the dogs, and have struck fear in people. It seems that everytime you hear about a dog attack, it is a pit bull. Headlines, news flashes, rumors. Do people honestly think these are the only dogs that attack? Probably, because this is all that they see. Nancy Grace is a disgrace

OK, I don't often get riled up by TV personalities, but this is one woman who I can not stand. Unfortunately I often have to tolerate her, because I just moved and my internet is not set up yet so I have to go to my Grandmothers house to use hers. Her computer room is right next to the living room, and the TV is on the wall directly across from the door. Gram watches Nancy Grace religiously - I try to tune her out but her nails-on-chalkboard voice still shrills its way into my ears. I think women (more...)

I am sick of cleaning up your mess

Here I am, at work, about to euthanize a dog because his owner moved and simply does not want to take him. Offered to find the dog a home for her, no, she wants his body back. Same old story as it has been for years. Look, we kill enough, OK? We have the luxury of euthanizing those that are sick and in pain - doesn't make it easy, but we can swallow that.
