Best Buy offered a promotion of a $100.00 gift card with a big purchase...the promotion had ended the day before but the salesman told me that it was cool and he would personally take care of it...so I filled out the forms and sent them in...today I received a little note saying..."Sooorrreee, no can do, you were a day late!"
